Truly, what an amazing job! It was amazing to see how much the team has improved this tier. We progressed ahead of our projected schedule and managed 6\/8 Mythic!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;We are excited to keep that momentum going as we hit 10.1 in full force!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><a href=\"#May23-toc\" title=\"\">Back to Top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"May23-section2\"><strong>Raiding<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Raiding begins on May 9th, 7:45pm server! We are going to start with Normal on Tuesday, and then hit Heroic on Thursday. Please read our updated <a href=\"https:\/\/empirical-guild.com\/?page_id=323\">Raid Standards<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/empirical-guild.com\/?page_id=369\">Code of Conduct<\/a>, and review the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1ZFt3jpplqAvbwgf5u0MDsq1R6wUfR7ZwdilhoTlay6U\/edit?usp=sharing\">raid strats and videos<\/a> before coming to raid. Additionally, we are asking that everyone fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSdAdnvE_SH623ghxPqCtpYSLLCILzEOtSJH_SLpJKS2kW2-dw\/viewform?usp=sf_link\">BiS list survey<\/a> by May 10th in order to be eligible for loot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;We are looking forward to a great tier with everyone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><a href=\"#May23-toc\" title=\"\">Back to Top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"May23-section3\"><strong>Management Changes<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Congratulations to Troll\/Maenkins, who was recently promoted to M+ Officer. This role is not intended to carry raiders through M+, but to be a resource to help those who are struggling learn skills that will help them be more successful in M+. Additionally, this position will help track raid eligibility requirements as well as organize events around M+. Troll has stated that his vision is to change the mindset around M+, to make it fun and less like a chore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>One more change:<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;We are sad to announce that Tooru is stepping down from his role as Recruitment Officer. Here are a few highlights for the month:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We closed out the month with <strong>2,423,765 gold<\/strong> in the bank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have 47 pets looking for a new home.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have a lot of copper level items and technique scrolls that have been sitting in the professions tabs untouched for a while &#8211; these will be removed at the end of this month to make a bit more room and clear the clutter. Please feel free to see if there\u2019s anything you\u2019d like before they\u2019re gone!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are a few requests to help keep the bank clean and tidy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pets <\/strong>&#8211; If there are already 5 of one type of pet already in the bank, please do not add any more of that type into the bank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Old Outdated Materials<\/strong> &#8211; Please do not deposit old and outdated materials into the guild bank.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Guild Bank is Not a Trash Can<\/strong> &#8211; Please do not put useless junk in the bank. The bank does not exist so you can clean out your bags.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks again to everyone who utilizes the bank! Your donations are always appreciated.
