We do our progression raiding on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:15-10:30 CST, with an additional community night on Monday from 7:15-10:30CST, and M+ galore!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The following are the qualities we are looking for in a raider\/teammate:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Team minded player, whose primary goal is to progress through content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respectful to all other players in the community, at all times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consistent and committed to attending raid, communicative when circumstances prohibit attendance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to take criticism, any always looking to self-improve<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to have fun, even when the going is rough, as it might be some nights<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Absent of toxicity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to follow the raid leader&#8217;s instructions, without deferring (i.e. respecting wipe\/burn\/swap calls)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What we provide:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non-toxic climate, where learning is encouraged, screw-ups are addressed and discouraged, and an ultimate goal of progressing as far through the tier as semi-hardcore players could be expected (though we&#8217;d of course love CE)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A respectful environment, where any and everyone is welcomed and supported<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team of dedidcated officers who are able to help with any concerns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Variety of activities including raid, M+, and community events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A platform where your voice will be heard; strategy suggestions, comp suggestions all taken between sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Network of skilled players for M+, N\/H raiding, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If interested in transferring, potentially a large amount of gold making opportunities on a quiet realm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re looking for players looking to grow and improve while building an excellent community!
